Undo in Photoshop CS5

You should always work on a copy of the image you are working with in Photoshop. That way you will always be able to go back to the original if neccessary.

 

When working on an image there are a range of ways you can rectify errors or undo things you have done.

 

Action	Menu	Keyboard shortcut
Go back to the last saved version	File > Revert	F12
Undo the last action	Edit > Undo	Ctrl + Z
Undo one step at a time		Ctrl, Alt +Z
Redo the last action	Edit > Redo	Ctrl +Y
